Refund Policy for Special Events
All requests to cancel registration in a Special Event must be made in writing 24 hours prior to the event date. A 10% administrative fee will be charged on all Special Event refunds.
Refund Policy for Instructor-Led Programs
All requests to cancel registration in a course must be made in writing prior to the course’s start date. There are no refunds after the course begins. Qualified substitutes will be accepted to any course at no additional charge.
