St. Johns and CDI+Global Program on Digital Literacy for the Insurance Industry
St. John's Tobin Center for Executive Education (CEE) has joined with The Digital Insurer (TDI) in a strategic education partnership designed to further develop and distribute digital learning and development programs for insurance organizations, intermediaries and advisors worldwide. Together, CEE and TDI are launching the CDI+Global Program t0 deliver content that builds digital literacy in, and for, the insurance industry.
CDI+Global is a four-month digital insurance program which is delivered 100% virtually, with periodic cohort meetings coordinated by a digital insurance instructor. The CDI+Global program consists of seven (7) overall courses (56 virtual lessons). Lessons are all delivered by experienced industry professionals and academics qualified to present on the issues surrounding the digitization of insurance. Participants in the program must complete 50 of the 56 lessons to earn The Certificate in Digital Insurance which will be co-branded by TDI and CEE.
Participants in the CDI+Global program view pre-recorded lesson materials on their own schedules and attend bi-weekly instructor-led discussion groups, designed to encourage active learning among participants. A second objective is to ensure participants join a community of digital insurance professionals who continue to grow their expertise beyond the CDI+Global program. Certificate holders will be invited to join The Digital Insurer, with an associated opportunity to receive electronic newsletters and participating in digital chat groups.
